GAZA MEDICAL EMERGENCY

There is an urgent need for medical supplies and diagnostic equipment in all hospitals and clinics in Gaza. According to UNRWA, years of socioeconomic decline, conflict and closure have left the health sector across the Gaza Strip overstretched and lacking physical infrastructure. Recently Life sent a 40-foot shipping container filled with surgical, orthopedic, urological, obstetrical, gynecological and pediatric supplies and equipment to Gaza that was distributed to provide aid to patients and doctors in the Al-Quds and Amal Hospitals. The humanitarian crisis is escalating and without needed medical supplies and diagnostic equipment; more lives are put at risk.
