 A great way to spend is to sponsor an orphan. Life is working to help orphans by caring for their needs as they struggle to live a normal life. Life provides assistance to orphans in, Ghana, Sierra Leone, Iraq, Jordan, Lebanon, Syria, the West Bank and Afghanistan. Orphans are provided food, clothing, education and basic medical care.
The cost to sponsor and orphan is $55 per month or $660 for a year.
Donors that sponsor orphans receive a photo and profile of the child as well as annual updates on the child's educational progress. Orphans and their sponsors can send letters back and forth to one another, which strengthens the personal bond between them.
